Makati Development Corporation (MDC) passed the Second Surveillance Audit with zero minor and major non-conformance.
The audit was conducted by Bureau Veritas last November 8 to 10, 2023. MDC was recommended for the maintenance of the ISO 19650:2018 BIM Parts 1 and 2 certification.
This is MDC’s second consecutive year of passing the audit with zero major non-conformance – reinforcing the team’s commitment to SQTCS Excellence.
