Management (EPCCM) company as it strengthened the organization by investing in its people,
capabilities, resources and technologies
MDC BuildPlus, Inc. was established as MDC’s first subsidiary handling housing, mid-rise and fit
out projects.
MDC celebrates its 40 th year in the business.
MDC establishes MDC Equipment Solutions, Inc. (MEQ)
and MDC ConQrete, Inc. (MCI)
which handles the company’s equipment fleet management and concrete products operations,
respectively.
MDC adopts LIVEM – the new corporate values of Ayala Land, Inc. LIVEM stands for
Leadership, Integrity, Vision, Excellence and Malasakit.
MDC forms a joint venture partnership with Hong Kong-based Bouygues Batiment International
(BBI) to form MDBI Construction Corp. MDBI handles complex, world-class construction
projects in Makati such as the Ayala Triangle North development, One Ayala Avenue and Park
Central Towers.
MDC celebrates its 45 th year in the business,
and relocates to its new, permanent headquarters
in ARCA South – the MDC Corporate Center.
