MDC Wins International Business Award for ESG Excellence

MDC has been recognized with a Silver Stevie Award for Achievement in Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) at the 2026 International Business Awards, one of the world’s premier business awards programs. This year, more than 3,400 nominations from organizations across industries and around the world were considered.
The recognition reflects MDC’s continued commitment to building with purpose by integrating ESG principles into our values, operations, project delivery, people programs, and business decisions.

Among our key efforts are the adoption of sustainability and circular economy practices, supported by digital innovations that improve resource efficiency. We continue to invest in our people and communities through initiatives such as our skills training and development partnership with TESDA, which has trained more than 60,000 workers since 2015, and GREATogether, which advances diversity, inclusion, and respect in the workplace.

At the same time, strengthened governance and ethical business practices through programs such as COMPASS and KaAgaPay help promote accountability, supplier resilience, and responsible business conduct across our value chain.
