Makati Development Corporation (MDC) and MDC ConQrete, Inc. (MCI) have once again demonstrated their commitment to excellence after being successfully recommended for the maintenance of their certifications to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) with zero non-conformances.
The surveillance audit was conducted by TÜV NORD Philippines from July 22 to 24, 2025, validating the effectiveness of the companies’ integrated management systems and their continued adherence to international standards for quality, environmental stewardship, and occupational health and safety.
