Three MDC projects—Metrobank HQ, Ayala Malls Nuvali, and Ayala Malls Arca South— successfully achieved a 100% Compliance Rating during the recent Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) High Impact High Visibility Inspection (HIHVI), which are being conducted in high-risk sectors such as construction to ensure proper enforcement of minimum wage, OSH programs, and worker benefits.
The inspection was conducted by the DOLE inspection team composed of Leonidas P. Castillon, Jr., Director II of the Makati & Pasay Field Office, Jeremiah T. Carlos, OIC-Director II of the MUNTAPARLAS (Muntinlupa, Taguig, Parañaque, and Las Piñas) Field Office, and Roma Rori Mae Magtaas, Labor & Employment Officer III, and was attended by the respective ACE teams of the three projects.
