Care Beyond Cure: MDC Recognized by AC Health for Advancing Workplace Wellbeing

MDC was recognized by AC Health with a Care Beyond Cure Citation for its meaningful collaboration and sustained commitment to advancing workplace wellbeing and health excellence.

The recognition was presented during the AC Health Client Appreciation Night last August 20 in Makati City, honoring organizations that continue to champion better health outcomes through strong partnerships and meaningful workplace health initiatives.

The award was received on behalf of MDC by members of the Construction Medical and Health Services (CMHS) Division, headed by MDC Medical Director Dr. Michael Miranda.

The recognition reflects MDC’s continued efforts to put people at the heart of its operations – not only by promoting a safe workplace, but also by supporting the overall health and wellbeing of its employees.
MDC’s partnership with AC Health continues to strengthen the company’s efforts to promote employee health and wellbeing. As part of the appreciation night, MDC CMHS representatives also toured the newly opened Healthway One Ayala Clinic and St. Joseph Drug at One Ayala Avenue in Makati, gaining a closer look at the healthcare services and facilities available through the AC Health network.

More than an award, the Care Beyond Cure Citation affirms MDC’s commitment to building a culture where health, safety, and wellbeing go beyond compliance and become part of how we care for our people every day.
