Makati Development Corporation (MDC) successfully passed the Transfer / Recertification / Certification Audit conducted by TUV NORD last July 9 to 11, 2019.
MDC was recommended for issuance of the following world class standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System (Recertified)
- ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management System (Recertified)
- ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management System (Certified)
In 2003, MDC set the Philippine record for achieving three certifications of world-class standards all issued at one time and became the first Filipino construction company to hold three ISO certifications for quality, environment and occupational health and safety.
