MDC partners with TESDA Region VII for Supervised Industry Learning (SIL) Program
Last March 15, 2024, MDC signed a Memorandum of Agreement with TESDA Region VII to cement a partnership for TESDA’s Supervised Industry Learning (SIL) Program. Through the partnership, trainees will be allowed to enhance their knowledge and skills through immersion and application of construction competencies in the actual workplace.
Present during the signing were TESDA VII Regional Director Ramon Evan T. Ruiz and MDC Cebu Operations General Manager Exequiel Q. Mabini. During the ceremony, Mr. Ruiz expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the MDC Cebu team for opening its doors to provide trainees with an immersive learning experience in MDC. The partnership paves the way towards stronger, relevant, and more accessible skills development and livelihood opportunities in the region.
