The Parklinks North Tower Project recently achieved a score of 88.02% in the MDC Environment and Safety Management System Internal Audit held last year, scoring highest among MDC’s vertical projects for two consecutive years. The following best practices were commended by the auditors:
- There were zero non-conformities during the audit. All documentations were conducted through Procore, while all open items were promptly closed out.
- The project maintained good housekeeping with all main access points free of stocked materials and clutter.
- Safety boards were provided in all fabrication areas to easily track trained equipment operators and daily operators on-duty.
- The project initiated recycling of containers which were used as color-coded waste bins.
- The project fabricated welding screen protections to contain UV light and welding slugs during hot works activities.
Parklinks North Tower is a residential development rising 55 floors over the Parklinks estate, an 35-hectare mixed-use project straddling Pasig and Quezon cities.
