MDC named one of Philippine Daily Inquirer’s Best Employers for 2025
MDC has been recognized as one of the Best Employers for 2025. The list was compiled by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) in partnership with Statista, the world’s leading data and intelligence portal. This is MDC’s third year of being included in the annual list.
In the latest list, MDC landed at 163rd place, rising 87 spots from its previous ranking of 250th place in 2024. MDC likewise achieved an impressive survey rating of 8.1 out of 10.
Philippines’ Best Employers 2025 is based on an independent survey of employees which was conducted via online access panels as well as among PDI readers. More than 2,000 employers with 250 or more employees in the Philippines were identified for the survey.
