MDBI poised to build its first Data Center project
MDBI Construction Corporation (MDBI) was recently awarded the contract to build the ePLDT VITRO Sta. Rosa Hyperscale Data Center Project – heralding the MDC group’s first foray into digital infrastructure construction.
With a construction floor area of approximately 43,632 square meters, the 36-megawatt project will form part of the Philippines’ largest hyperscale data center and the 11th facility of its kind in the country.
MDBI, born out of a partnership between Makati Development Corporation (MDC) and Paris-based Bouygues Batiment International (BBI), will be at the project’s helm as superstructure general contractor for the Data Center, Central Utility, Administration, and Ancillary Buildings.
