The Avida Towers Riala Tower 5 Project celebrated its topping-off milestone yesterday, March 20, 2023.
The Topping-Off Ceremony and Site Blessing was attended by Avida Land President Ms. Raquel Cruz, Avida Land CM Director Mr. Mike Milaor, and members of the MDC Avida Towers Riala Tower 5 Project Team headed by General Manager Exequiel Mabini and PIC Sharmaine Lacandula.
Avida Towers Riala is a five-tower residential condominium development situated within Cebu City’s premier IT Park district. Tower 5 rises at 36 floors with a total of 712 residential units and various retail and leisure amenities.
