MDC & MDBI honored with 12 International Safety Awards

Eleven MDC projects and one MDBI project receive 2024 International Safety Awards from the British Safety Council. These awards highlight the organization’s strong commitment to providing safe and healthy workspaces for employees and stakeholders.

The Residences at Azuela Cove Project received the Distinction Award, the program’s highest honor, for garnering a score of 53 out of 56. Likewise, the Avida Towers Riala T5 Project in Cebu received a Merit Award for scoring 41 points.

MDBI’s ePLDT Data Center Project, as well as the following MDC projects received a Pass Award for achieving scores between 30 to 39 points: Avida Towers Centralis, The Courtyards Vermosa, Mergent Residences, Ayala Greenfield Estates, Corvia, Arbor Lanes Phase 3 Block 4, The Lattice at Parklinks, West Gallery Place, and Alveo Orean Place Tower 2.

The International Safety Awards recognize an organization’s commitment to excellent standards of health, safety, and wellbeing management at a specific site or business unit. In 2024, a total of 1,251 applications were received from organizations of all sizes, types, sectors, and businesses in the UK, Africa, Asia, China, Europe, India, the Middle East, Turkey, and the Republic of Ireland.
