MDC has been selected as one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to
Work for in Asia 2023 for the Philippines Region. In addition, MDC won the HR
Asia Award for Digital Transformation. The program celebrates organizations
that have been identified by their employees as one of Asia’s employers of
choice – recognizing companies with best HR practices, high levels of employee
engagement, and excellent workplace cultures. MDC officially received the awards
during the HR Asia Gala Dinner last August 22, 2023 at the Manila Marriot Hotel
in Pasay City.
Awardees are selected via an anonymous survey asking employees
a range of questions that determine their company’s commitment to promoting
excellence, professional growth, and well-being. MDC achieved a 100% survey
response rate and a 4.4 out of 5 average rating – scoring higher than the Asian
Market average of 3.78. MDC particularly received high scores for Digital
Transformation, Team Synergy, Motivation, and Employee Care.
Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 is organized by HR
Asia, a bi-monthly regional publication for HR professionals, and Business
Media International (BMI), one of Asia’s leading business-to-business media and
event companies. Yearly, the awards attract applications from Fortune 500
companies and multinational corporations from the Philippines and other Asian
markets such as Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the
UAE, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Past winners
