BPI HQ Redevelopment Project Marks 1 Million Safe Person Hours Milestone
On September 4, 2024, MDBI’s BPI HQ Redevelopment project proudly celebrated its 1 million safe person hours milestone with a ceremony attended by Bureau Veritas Senior Project Manager, Mr. Felix Buensuceso, and ALI CM Project Officer, Ms. Mary Jane Licu, alongside the BPI HQ Redevelopment ACE Team. During the event, Certificates of Recognition were awarded to employees and the construction workforce whose dedication contributed to this remarkable accomplishment.
The BPI HQ Redevelopment will span a 5,599-square-meter land area, with a gross floor area of approximately 89,000 square meters and a gross leasable area of about 60,000 square meters. The state-of-the-art headquarters complex is slated for completion on the fourth quarter of 2029, with its grand opening scheduled on 2030.
