Avida Towers Astrea T2 marks full building OPR handover
Last December 11, 2024, the Avida Towers Astrea T2 project secured the Technical Council’s approval and celebrated its full building Operational Readiness (OPR) handover, marking the successful completion of a journey driven by vision, passion, and dedication.
Avida Towers Astrea T2 is a 12-storey, 335-unit residential development in Fairview, Quezon City. The project achieved 100% Operational Readiness/Fire Life Safety (OPR/FLS) and Unit/Common Area completion last October and November 2024, respectively.
