WALLQRETE:
WallQrete is an interior precast panel product developed by MCI. It is a composite lightweight precast wall system composed of EPS Core with wire mesh sandwiched by mortar with lightweight Perlite aggregates. The EPS panel serves as an effective thermal insulator and sound barrier – making WallQrete an energy-efficient wall system with high Sound Transmission Classification.

The Prefinished Prefabricated Bathroom Unit (PBU) is a completely finished Toilet and Bath unit pre-assembled offsite. It is made of lightweight aggregate for easy handling, delivery, and installation onsite.
Being the first product of its kind in the Philippines, the PBU comes complete with sanitary wares, concealed pipes, conduits, cabinets, shower scree, and fittings. PBUs are designed and fabricated based on project requirements.
