Vendor Qualification

STEP 2
Vendor Management Unit endorses application to a partner agency for vendor evaluation and pre-qualification process.
STEP 3
The partner agency will coordinate with the applicant vendor for submission of required documents and prequalification fees.
Please note that prequalification will only commence upon complete submission of all required documents.
**Prequalification validation process: Metro Manila – 7-10 working days; Provincial Area – 12 working days
STEP 4
After clearing the prequalification process, vendors are endorsed to the Vendor Management Unit and are then included in the vendor database for ready reference of the company.
