Land Development and Infrastructures

LAND DEVELOPMENT

Land Development is one of the strengths of Makati Development Corporation. Working continuously with Ayala Land, Inc. in its real estate development, MDC is proud to say that it has developed a construction expertise for all types and scales of land development be it residential, commercial, recreational and industrial.

Today, land development continues to be the cornerstone of MDC’s strengths and expertise.  MDC’s commitment to provide distinctive infrastructure and land development was proven by its successful projects which include: the 660-hectare Ayala Alabang Village, the 67-hectare Ayala Heights community, the 50-hectare Ayala Greenfield Estates in Calamba, Laguna, the 400- hectare Ayala Westgrove Heights in Silang, Cavite, the 465-hectare Laguna Technopark industrial estate, and the 50-hectare Cebu Business Park, as well as a number of socialized housing projects.

INFRASTRUCTURES

MDC has played a role in propelling Philippine economy by building vital infrastructures, highways, bridges and waterworks.

For almost thirty years now, MDC continues to provide services to the Department of Public Works and Highways in its task to build roads and bridges - those essential networks that link every municipality to cities and allow progress to spread even in the country's remote villages

MDC is also capable of engaging in services required by the waterworks industry, particularly by government projects, because of its complete materials and human resources needed in constructing and managing these types of projects.  The Manila Waterworks & Sewerage System and the Local Water Utilities Administration qualified MDC to participate in large-scale waterworks projects.

MDC has undertaken the construction and installation of the A. Rita Water Line, a five-kilometer primary waterline with connections from San Juan in Mandaluyong City to San Andres in the City of Manila. A.Rita Water line was chosen by MWCI as one of the “Best WOW Project Site” awardees of 2005 Best Project Site Performers
