ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY (EHS) POLICY
Makati Development Corporation (MDC) is committed to protect people, property and the environment from harm, damage, and loss, in the pursuit of its business of providing customers with superior construction products and services.

To realize this policy, the company shall:

Promote a culture of environmental and health & safety responsibility among its employees, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and the community, Comply with all pertinent environmental and health & safety legislations.

Maintain and regularly review the company's environment and health & safety management system to ensure that it meets the requirements of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

Implement cost effective programs related to:
        Resource conservation
        Environment protection
        Elimination of accidents
        Provision of a safe and productive work environment
