Cadetship Program


MDC Cadetship Program is a strategic approach that will provide the company’s pool of high potential talents to support the dynamic business requirements for timely delivery of projects. It provides the cadets with the best training and work experience to meet the highest level of technical, business and management skills.

It is one year program which comprises of the following components – Company Induction Program, Job Immersion Program, Career Plan Program and Work Practicum Program.

WHO MAY QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAM ?

  1. Fresh Graduates of Civil Engineering Course
  2. Graduates who belong to upper 20% of the class
  3. Graduates who have strong leadership and communication skills
  4. Civil Engineering Board Passer is an advantage

WHAT ARE THE POSITIONS TO ASSUME AFTER THE PROGRAM ?

  1. Office / Cost Engineers
  2. Project / Field Engineers
  3. Planners / Schedulers
  4. Design Engineers
  5. Quantity Surveyors
  6. Estimators
