BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
MDC's venture into the building construction industry started in 1980 when it constructed several commercial establishments, high-rise offices and residential condominiums in various parts of Metro Manila.
Building construction spread to Metro Cebu and MDC took a share in the development of the prime city of the South. It constructed the City Sports Club Cebu and the Globe Telecom Head Office in the Visayas
INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION
Simultaneously, MDC undertook industrial plant construction. With the experience and resources acquired, MDC now boasts of industrial construction as one of its major activities. Some of its completed industrial construction projects are modern semiconductor manufacturing plants located at Laguna Technopark.
